Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were excellent - spotlessly clean, cool, and with nice views of the narrow streets below. However, my room was quite small, around 6-8 m2, and had someone else's clothes in the wardrobe, which was a bit odd.
The hotel is located in the Spanish Quarter, close to Toledo Street and the historical center of Naples. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although they can get loud from street noise. The service is excellent, especially for trip advice. The dining offers a standard European selection. Overall, a perfect location with some noise issues and standard dining options.
The hotel is located in the center of the Spanish Quarter, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The single room, although smaller than a normal double room, was cozy and sufficient for one person. The service was exceptional, with the staff always helpful and providing great advice to make my stay in this vibrant city enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to the subway and within walking distance to the city center. The dining experience, especially ordering omelettes for breakfast, was a delightful touch. Overall, a great value for money stay in an exciting neighborhood.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Naples, close to major attractions and transit hubs. The rooms are cozy with a nice ambience, but some noise from the breakfast area may be heard. The service provided by Ciro and Roberto was warm and helpful, yet cleanliness could be improved in certain areas. Dining on the atmospheric terrace was delightful, offering a good value for money deal. However, the noise level in the area might be a bit bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though nice, was a bit cramped and located near the breakfast area, which was a downside. The service was friendly but not consistent, with some issues with cleanliness. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, close to all the attractions and dining spots. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially on the leafy roof terrace.
